During my conditioning It was getting real tough towards the end and out of know where a man came up from the side of the field and gave me some nice kind words to encourage me and commend me for the hard work he has seen me put in! God is so good to us I believe that god used this man to uplift my strength to finish strong which I did!</p>

	<img alt="Brady Quinn" src="http://ultimatepros.spruz.com/gfile/75r4!-!HEDDID!-!zrzor45!-!HILSIEKF-RDIE-HKRN-NGNF-LDGOMEMDIMGP!-!72y1nq/quinn_profile.jpg" style="width: 100px; height: 100px; float: left; padding: 0 10px 10px 0; " /> I am always looking for different workout exercises to cross train.  I became curious about Pilates while I was training last summer.  I actually peeked in a studio near my home and saw a bunch of women working out inside.  I had always heard it was a great "core" workout but thought it was for women.  The lady who owned the studio greeted me and asked if I'd like to try a session.  I told her I'd come back the next morning early before any of her other clients got there.  in retrospect, I am happy no one was there to see my struggle through the workout.  The combination of flexibility and core strengthening kicked my butt.  I figured I was flexible and had a strong core for my sport but that didn't help with any Pilates exercise.</p>
